| To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} X 300 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Std.30/KW.5.5.36. Phantom III Water Temperature. We find that there is a considerable difference in water temperature between the production chassis and our own Ph.III chassis (with the shutters out of action). We have interchanged radiators without solving the problem and now wish to check up on water flows. To do this we require the apparatus shown on attached sketch.
