The Design Dept. point out that the large slipper wheel is of very much better and sounder construction than the small one. Can we take advantage of the construction without any increase in weight of the part, in view of the fact that at the present moment we do not seem to require any additional inertia.

Another point has arisen in connection with the Ph.III; the Ministry of Transport have issued regulations in which they specify that an article 2 ft. high at a distance of about 24 ft. from a car must be visible from the driving seat. Sales say that the Ph.III does not conform with this specification. If this is so, will you please check up and get a copy of the regulations, and let us have your suggestions for improving matters.
