(1) With reference to the smaller model R.R., it is now understood that the price, the horse power, both actual and treasury rating, and the weight and cost of this chassis shall be between .5 and .6 of the cost of the larger chassis as far as possible. (2) This result is to be obtained by reducing to the greatest simplicity the construction, so that this model may be considered the small and simple R.R., and the larger model might be called the large and magnificent. (3) It is not considered advisable to depart far from the dimensions of the "Goshawk" chassis or engine dimensions. To meet C's views and for general improvement I have added 6" to the wheelbase. Actual B.H.P. expected with car carburettor - 52 Wheelbase 126" = 10'6". Track 52" = 4'4" Body room 72" from behind the dash to the front of the rear wheel. 96" from behind the dash to the end of body part of the frame. Frame width 34".
