Further to mine Wd{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead}7/NJ11819, of 11th inst:-
8. Rear Hub. I am in receipt of a letter from the Michelin Co. stating that their wheel Works in London have already commenced operations and they are confident that their output next month will be adequate to meet any requirements which we may have. They suggest that we should send them full particulars of the sizes we may require and the quantities of each and that we should state when we should require deliveries to commence.
I hope this information will enable you to decide whether we must order Dunlop wire wheels for the next series of 500 chassis, or whether you desire time to consider the matter.
