Messrs. Dennis Bros., Ltd.,
GUILDFORD,
Surrey.

(For the attention of Mr. J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} Milne.)

Dear Sirs,

With regard to the trouble which you are having due to failure of the centre main bearing in aluminium tin alloy on your 4-cylinder 100 x 120 engine, we should be grateful if you would send us a drawing of the crankshaft. We shall then be able to get some idea of its stiffness, and the amount of balance employed.

Yours faithfully,

For ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
