5 - 8 E.88773 (Ph.III. type close coiled made by R.R.)
9 - 12 EB.3256 (R.R. copy of Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}260)
All springs in Swedish wire.

Following usual running in and power curve etc., check springs for surge by Rotorscope.
1 hour Endurance at full throttle on Ethyl.

If O.K. on completion of above return to Shop for inspection.

This unit received on test has following special parts -

Nos. 2, 4 & 6 big end Z.3. W/M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore}
" 1,3 & 5 " " (R.R. W/M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} std.)
Std. W/M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} mains.
New cylinder liners with rubber sealing rings at top LeC.5415.
Camshaft LeC.5319 for running without silent tappet action.

Nos.1, 2, & 3 tappet blocks in I/C.
No.4. " " plated by H.A.X.
Nos. 5 & 6 " " std. Fescol.
