S/W Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Re 58-WJ...Thomas. 84117. C11/017.6.32 RECEIVED 1932 JUN 18 We enclose copy of letter we have today received from Mr. E.M.Thomas. We have already given him the Hancock device on the front and have offered to give him your new brake shoes for the rear, but he has turned his car in in part exchange for a new Continental model. We have assured him that the brakes on the new car will be quite satisfactory, but I thought you might be interested in his remarks concerning the other cars he mentions, all three of which, of course, are strictly racing cars. I should be glad to know what is the reply to Mr.Thomas in regard to his criticism of the proportion of braking power on the front and rear respectively. C. | ||
