ENGINE OILS.

We are handing you herewith two samples of engine oil - one taken from a standard S.S. engine after 2300 miles, the other from a Chrysler car engine after 2900 miles.
The Chrysler engine is fitted with a Purolator oil cleaner.

Could you give us a comparative analysis of the two oils as regards foreign matter in the form of carbon or other dirt, and dilution by petrol from the cyl. walls.
