(6) (A) Wheels and Tyres.

OY. STATES:
Test of 19 x 7 on road.
Reduction in road clearances.
(Comparison with P.I.)
Possible increase in steering lock.
'Staybrite' Wheels.

The only item needing discussion was 'Staybrite' wheels. Oy. asked if England are likely to be in a position to supply 'Staybrite' wheels in six months, if specially asked for by American customers. By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} replied that we are working with Firths' and Dunlops' on the 'Staybrite' wheel question, but as to when such wheels could be introduced we are not certain at the moment. No wheels of this type have yet been made.

(7) (A) Instruction Book.

OY. STATES:
Revision for L.H.P.II.
Desire for simplified book.

It was agreed that a Left Hand Instruction Book is required, which Rolls-Royce of England should supply and therefore will have the consideration of Officials at Derby.

(8) (A) Coachbuilders' Drg.

OY. STATES:
Required as soon as possible for guidance of American Coachwork.

It was agreed this item is very urgent, and By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} will supply. Oy. mentioned that he required as quickly as possible an outline of the shift lever position.

(9) (A) Finish.

OY. STATES:
Radiator, Shutter, and Bonnet Hinges-'Staybrite'.
Other external fittings - Chrome-Plate.
Internal fittings - Nickel-Plate.

Agreed as stated.

OY: STATES:
(A-P) Mounting of Oil Filter.
Improved Oil Drain.

Agreed that the improved oil drain will be on the first Experimental chassis.
Oy. also mentioned the oil jet to timing gears, and stated it should be changed over from its present position to the other side, explaining that as the engine was built left-handed the oil would not be
