Dear Sirs,

Confirming the writer's telephonic conversation with Mr. Rowbotham this morning, we would state that the outside diameter of the new type jack is 1.812" plus or minus .003".

We are arranging to despatch to you by Passenger train on Monday next, a set of four jacks together with new type pump and handle.
