DERBY.

For the attention of Mr.Dixon.

Dear Sirs,

We are sending you to-day four each Diaphragm Assemblies for High Pressure Pumps, the first lot fitted with two thick neoprene diaphragms and the second lot fitted with two thick white diaphragms with the oil silk interlayer.

We have plenty of over-thick white material in stock but we cannot use it on low pressure pumps, as it stiffens up too much sometimes in use.

On the high pressure pumps we always use three layers of the normal 16 thou. thick stuff - two layers of 20 thou. thick material may provide a suitable substitute. We are in any case submitting these to you.

Yours faithfully,
for THE S.U.CARBURETTER CO.LTD.

R.{Sir Henry Royce} Leslie Kent
