DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} From R.{Sir Henry Royce} x7250 R.3/M26.10.29. c. to Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} TO IMPROVE RADIATOR STEADINESS AND STEERING. X. 7250 X. 5250 I want to test a frame which has very great vertical stiffness. For Phantom ll it would be the 8" frame, without tie-rods. For the 25 HP. - G4. - it would be 7". Naturally these would be stiffer at the ends. (I am especially anxious to have the front end very stiff.) R.{Sir Henry Royce} | ||
