With reference to your memo E2/G12115,
kindly note Mr Hives reports as follows :-

"The average weight of the bonnet springs on
"49GB will hold up is 14 to 15 lbs, on a
"standard chassis these springs hold 4 to 5 lbs.
"On the standard bonnet there are 4 springs
"instead of three as on 49GB."
