When we find a broken bracket we are trimming off the broken part and not replacing the bracket.

Exhaust Blows Manifold.

We are using an incombustic steel and asbestos washer in place of the copper and asbestos washer at the manifold cylinder joints. Cannot yet give a report on the result.

The old design is improved and the modification is applicable to older cars. Up-to-date we have no record of a failure where all the latest modifications have been introduced. This is being carefully watched.

Servo Jaggers and Brake Thuds.

Scheme for allowing flexibility in servo operation has been standardised. On those cars where no flexibility device is fitted, the halos are re-bedded.
