A lock fitted to the change speed lever, which would prevent it being moved from the neutral position, would practically conform with this regulation, but at the same time the car could of course be set to run down hill by taking the side brake off. I think the only practical thing to do however, is to fit this lock to the change speed lever. Chapter 2 Article 12 We have no standard plate for attachment to the chassis, showing the h.p. of the chassis or the number and bore of the cylinders and the total weight of the car. We have however, engraved a few of these plates for use abroad, and these could be fitted if instructions are received. | ||
