Mr. Barclay is asking what was the result of our negotiations with the India Tyre Company concerning their statement that wellbase wheels were unsuitable for 6.75 tyres.

At the time this statement was made you wrote to Captain Bowman and no doubt you were able to arrive at a satisfactory conclusion. Are you able to give us any information that we can pass on to Mr.Barclay ?
