Dear Sirs,

In reply to your letter of the 15th inst., reference Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}5/AD, we enclose herewith a sketch of the starting handle blocks which we propose to make in connection with your esteemed order No.34184 for two sample Mark III Blocks.

We agree with your experience regarding copper and are therefore arranging to make the blocks up in copper as soon as we receive your approval of the sketch herewith.
