To R.{Sir Henry Royce} from Ck.{Mr Clark} c. to CJ. c. to E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} c. to Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} c. to En. c. to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X.3533 - GOSHAWK DYNAMO & MOTOR X.3534. In answer to Mr. Elliott's note E3/G18.2.20, all the mechanical parts of this which do not depend upon the windings have been instructed by the Expl. D.O. and we understand these are well in hand in the Experimental Shop. In regard to the windings, both Mr. Day's Dept. and myself have several times made a start on this, but in each case completion has been postponed on account of other work which had seemed more urgent.
