cy. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}7/R.{Sir Henry Royce} 9th July, 1937. Maurice Olley, Esq., Aldenham House Club, Elstree, HERTS: Dear Olley, He. has handed me your letter of July 5th, and asked me to make a date with you so that we can tell you the little we know about axles. Personally, my knowledge is almost negligible, but Grylls and Coverley undoubtedly have a certain amount of information which might be of interest to you. The Works close for holidays next Friday, July 16th, and from then until the end of the month the factory will be somewhat disorganised by various members of the Staff being away. Hence, I would suggest that you either come up next week, or wait until the beginning of August. If you bring the Family, we shall be delighted to put you up - we now have a little more room in our house. Yours sincerely, | ||
