Bentley - Road Springs.
Herewith is N. Sch.4069, on which are shewn the following:-
(1) A Woodhead type clip interposed between the two existing clips at the rear end, applicable to existing springs, both Woodhead's and Firth's, the existing sixth plate being replaced by a new plate with the required lugs.
(2) A redistribution of the clips at the rear end, so as to space them equally, also applicable to both types of spring intended for future springs.
(3) A .250 top plate not intended to be used without further investigation.
