Potential removal of the carburetter's hot water jacket due to suspected fuel boiling.

The other day I was using the car here with the lightest of benzol, namely, that obtained from Birchenwood Collieries. I had a suspicion that with the circulating water very hot, and all the heating on the carburetter, that the spirit might be boiling in the jets. Kindly investigate this point and see whether it is possible to do away with the hot water jacket on the throat of the carburetter. I am aware that we can now turn this off, which is naturally what one would do at this time of the year, but I think it would be safer and simpler if we could do without it altogether, which is quite possible, since we find the heat is required rather later than at this point.
