With reference to the Goshawk electrical system being intended to be an entirely earthed system, I have replies from Messrs. C.A.V. Rotax, and Lucas, that in every case the modifications to the machines to render them entirely suitable for the earthed system would be comparatively trivial. As, however, all these machines are either despatched, or about to be despatched, I do not propose to ask them to make the modifications at the moment. EFC. {E.
