With reference to the above parts which we are having produced outside, I do not think we should introduce anything in the way of delay at the moment in order that they must earth one return in the motor and dynamo themselves; as Mr Robinson puts the matter to me it will be far better for us to earth the return externally to both dynamo and motor. The importance of the matter from our point of view is to obtain samples of what they propose to fit, so that we can test out the value of the job, which would be, of course, altogether independent of the proposal to earth the issue.
