Dear Sirs,

We have a decision that whilst we can buy blocks from America for Experimental cars, we must not go into production with anything but British made radiators. This being so, we are greatly interested to know what is the earliest date that you anticipate being able to produce the new Harrison type Radiator Core in this country.

Yours faithfully,

For Rolls-Royce Ltd.
