1379 Y 4070 To Les. {Ivan A. Leslie} from Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /Gry. {Shadwell Grylls} c. By {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} /NS. {Norman Scott} Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /Gry. {Shadwell Grylls} 2/MH. {M. Huckerby} 13.7.39. WHEEL DISCS - CORNICHE. It was decided by By. {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} and Rm. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} yesterday that Corniche wheels should start with the Staybrite spring-in centre and the outer disc held on with a chromium bead, known as Scheme 2 of the Cornercroft suggestion. For 300 sets of these outer discs we have been quoted £15 tools and 40/- per set. No doubt you will be making your own arrangements about what we have to pay for smaller quantities. We attach for your information a letter we have sent to Cornercrofts. Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /Gry. {Shadwell Grylls} | ||
