LOCATION OF MR. GILES.

Mr. Ward asked that Mr.Giles should be allowed to remain in London, particularly in view of the programme for further rationalising bodies.

Hm.{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} said that they would endeavour to get the necessary drawing office staff at Derby without taking Mr. Giles.

HARDWARE TO BE SUPPLIED BY WILMOT BREEDEN'S.

It was stated that Mr. Breeden had been to the Works and seemed very willing to do everything in his power to facilitate the production of good quality hardware at reasonable prices for the Bentley V body.

In view of this fact, Ward was asked to send him a complete set of Bentley V hardware. This was to include a tubular seat, a Wraith handle and a B.V. moulding template.

The arrangement made with Breeden was that he would put out similar pieces that he could supply alongside the pieces we were using at present, together with the prices and these would be considered by Mr.Ward, Mr. Green and Hm.{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} some time next week.

LESS COSTLY TRIMMING AND HARDWARE ON A H.V. BODY.

Ward said that he had got most of the necessary material and that it would be fitted to the car allotted to Lappin. It would not delay the delivery of this car appreciably.

DESIGN OF MYTH BODY.

Not much had been done on this by the Park and D.O.

Hm.{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} said that the width of the body had been altered since the drawing they first submitted to P.W.'s, and that one or two other minor changes in design would probably be made.

When the specification for the body was finalised, a Conference would be held as to exactly how the necessary drawing work should be done.
