ATTENTION: MR. ROBOTHAM.
Dear Sirs,
We are in receipt of your letter of the 6th inst., with reference to Road Springs and asking for an appointment with the undersigned.
We would inform you that at the moment the writer's movements are extremely precarious, and we feel therefore that it is rather difficult to fix a definite date. You can rest assured, however, that as soon as we are in a position to do so, we will contact you immediately with a view to arranging a firm appointment.
Regarding the rig that we have fixed up for the creak test, this is ready for your inspection with the spring on it. Unfortunately, however, owing to the noise in the factory we can only run this test when we have shut off.
Yours faithfully,
for and on behalf of
TOLEDO WOODHEAD SPRINGS LTD.
Frank Woodhead
MANAGING DIRECTOR.
