(2) When passing over some of the rough roads in Austria one of the Lucas wind horn brackets failed in the spring blade portion, which is supplied by the makers. This matter has been taken up with Messrs.Lucas, but in the final design we have instructed for carrying these horns on the 20/25 chassis we have eliminated this spring blade device and substituted a mounting which eliminates the enormous overhang of the Lucas scheme and will not we anticipate interfere with the sound of the horn.
