COPY OF LETTER FROM G.B.Heywood Caradoc Court Ross HEREFORDSHIRE Sept. 3rd.1924. Messrs. Benton & Stone Ltd. Dear Sirs, Considerable difficulty exists in lubricating the Valve Stems on the 40-50 Rolls Royce. I suggest that a grease gun adaptor something like the rough sketch below would be a very useful tool. It would get at the back of a valve stem where you cannot possibly squirt oil or paint grease.
