With reference to 2704B, please do not repeat the same faults on this as have happened on 2704A.

(1) In this particular chassis the old standard "D" steering but 2" shorter has been fitted to a body which appears to be about correct for "C" steering.

I suggest to avoid this trouble in the next car that the seats are made lower.

I think it will be preferable to make both the front and back seats lower, but certainly the front ones.

It would have the advantage of giving more support to the back.

(2) There is also the trouble of insufficient room for the operating the accelerator pedal.

The profile of the scuttle should be altered to make this room more liberal.

(3) All the three ventilators may be needed but the top one is ugly, but the tank in the frame should be omitted, as there is insufficient room for the air to pass through the car.

(4) The compression should be reduced to our usual L.E. amount, which we call 65 lbs., that is 5 lbs less than this particular 2704, as it is important that this car should do well in the hands of strangers, such as Mr Jarrott.
