MOTOR RADIATOR AND SHEET METAL DEPARTMENT. 14th July, 1933. Messrs. Rolls Royce Ltd., DERBY. L/D For the Attention of Mr. Lidsey. Dear Sirs, We beg to refer to the interview which you kindly granted our Mr. Southall on Tuesday last with regard to the supply of Radiator Blocks, and would confirm advising you that we shall shortly be in a position to supply blocks similar to those supplied through our American friends for your test purposes. We would remind you that we wrote you on the 26th and 27th April in reply to your enquiry for prices stating :- "We have made arrangements to commence manufacturing these blocks in August next, and anticipate being in a position to deliver by the end of August or beginning of September, but naturally cannot commit ourselves definitely at this date." We would mention at this date that while there have been slight delays in connection with the preparation of the machinery we do not think that our arrangements will be very much in arrears. We trust in due course that we shall be able to supply you with blocks of this type. Yours faithfully, per pro JOHN MARSTON LIMITED P.W. Dalrymple P.W.DALRYMPLE | ||
