We are sending you a sample pinion of the type GB.3559, which has been reclaimed in accordance with GL.{G. Linnett}873. The extension for the out-board bearing is ground down to .875 dia., and a sleeve is pressed on to enable the standard roller bearing to be used. Will you kindly arrange to have this piece fitted in a customer's car, to see if it will stand up to service conditions. Will RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}/Cgs. make arrangements to have the Works records corrected to cover the dispatch of this piece to K.{Mr Kilner} The remaining pinions should be held until GWH{George W.
