C.Falconer Esq., Messrs.Park Ward & Co.Ltd., 473, High Road, Willesden, London N.W.10. Dear Sir, Re: Long Wheelbase Bentley 1.B.50. As there seems to be some difficulty in getting everybody together at your Works to see the mock-up of the above car before Easter, we propose that the viewing of the mock-up be delayed until after the holidays, and when the body is returned from panelling. This has the advantage of shewing to those concerned, a much more life like resemblance of the complete car, and by then we shall have the radiator shell, which will further add to the appearance. Furthermore, we do not wish you to cut in and flange the front wings until you receive from us details of the junction between the wing and the bonnet valance strip, these will be sent to you in the course of a few days. We send you herewith blueprint of FD.{Frank Dodd - Bodies}143 shewing the arrangement of the front bumper and the position of the town driving lights. We would be glad if you would provide brackets on the dummy chassis for holding the latter in position. The bumper has been sent to you already, and the town driving lamps will be passed on to you as soon as they come to hand. As requested during the writer's last visit to your Works, we enclose herewith a print of the latest frame side member FB.3656/7, shewing the new front end of the frame, and this is also shewn on FD.{Frank Dodd - Bodies}143.
