To Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} Copy to R.{Sir Henry Royce} Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} Tests on Bumpers for America. Thanks for Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}2/MJ.15.9.30. The result of the test seems to indicate that our frames are satisfactory and meet the requirements of the American underwriters' tests but that there is considerable room for improvement in the American bumpers. Such being the case I propose to send the American Company a copy of the report. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} Stamped: SH RECEIVED SEP 17 1930 | ||
