STANDARDISATION of CHASSIS PARTS.
Date 16.1.31

Description of Parts: Magneto and Dynamo Drive.
Origin: Improved dynamo drive to overcome gear rattles.
Experimental Test Report: This was tested and standardised on Phantom II.
Road Test Report: Fitted to 18.G.IV. and ran 10,000 miles. There has been no gear rattles. The drive has given no trouble. A modification is to be made for timing of magneto.
