Object: To overcome loss of oil from dampers.

The number of the first chassis on which the new part will be fitted........ 51st. in W.2.
Date when chassis will be handed to test................... X to be fitted to W.H. for test on 1st. 1,000 miles.
Cost of scrapped material, if any.... See note on diamond mounting sheet.
Cost of jigs and tools.............. £200.
