Troubleshooting faulty 20HP dynamos on chassis 45.G.6 and 74.A.3.

Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}/Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}10/05124 & EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}/HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}11/05124, in connection with both the above Dynamos, and would like you to look over same and check whether, in your opinion, the faulty brush bedding has been the cause of the trouble, or if the trouble is more likely due to faulty connections to the battery. I am continuing to send dynamos to you with apparently similar faults, with the object of obtaining sufficient information by covering a reasonable number of dynamos, to fix up a definite scheme with EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}, by which charges can be correctly allocated for certain types of fault. If you will send your boy to my office we will give him the dynamos in question.
