Naturally, after close on 15yrs of coachwork I was a little sorry to have to leave it, but when Japan III rush came I had to do so.
My doubts are now whether I shall be able to keep the chassis in line with coachwork requests. Since I shall not be visiting coachbuilders & studying their difficulties.
Sales have no-one who can tell us exactly what is needed. It may be that you will be able to develop your interests to such an extent that you will be able to do so.
I always felt the liason between the coachbuilder & the design which I was able to effect was of great assistance.
Had it have been working in 1919, such a curiosity as P.I. might never have got so far. /-
Perhaps -R- will have some comments to make when he returns.
