Dear Sirs, We have an enquiry from a very influential customer of ours for one of the larger model Rolls Royce chassis and he informs us that on good authority he has been told that you are producing a new model, probably an Eight or Twelve cylinder. We should be very grateful if, without prejudicing yourselves in any way, you could tell us whether this is the case, also whether the model will definitely be a V 8 cylinder, Double 6 cylinder, Straight 8 cylinder or Straight 12 cylinder model, and whether you have any idea as to the retail price of this chassis. Our customer informs us that delivery of this new model will probably be available about November. We thought that in view of the recent very agreeable relations we had with your goodselves regarding the supply of the Super-charged Graham, which we believe has given you great satisfaction, that you might possibly be able to accede to this request.
