(12) Clutch. Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} will continue to work on the question of difference in pressure between the clutch pit and the crankcase, and also order up oil seals for the rear main bearing. He will also try a crankcase breather on the liner of the one which proved successful on the last 10,000 miles on 21-G-IV. He will also order up V.M.X material for Borg & Beck clutch. (13) Connecting Rod Bearings. Ra. will go over the Spectro strut type connecting rods with Swindell. (14) Suspension. Leslie is responsible for getting the correct rating of springs instructed and also ensuring that any possibility of oil leaks from the shock absorbers similar to those running in France is deleted in the detail drawings. | ||
