1-G-IV.
This car is in the shop for conversion to large bore, this being a rehearsal for Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}'s car. The induction pipe is at present on the marking off table. Ratcliffe will see that the thermostatically operated choke is available for this car. F.{Mr Friese} Dodd is arranging for a neater manifold.

19-G-IV. EX
This car is allotted to carburetter tests by Hives.

21-G-IV.
An air silencer is to be developed on this car which fits straight over the top of the carburetter and has no bend. Dodd will arrange for this to be fixed up.

21-G-IV.
This car has to go back into the shop to have the flywheel and clutch changed before being sent to France. The isolated change speed lever will follow this out. Cry. will check the specification of this car before it goes, to ensure that nothing else has been omitted.

Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}'s Car.
Steadman will ensure that three more induction pipes similar to the one on the marking off table are produced, also that sets of controls are available for 2-G-IV, 1-G-IV and Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}'s car. We have ordered up from the Aerolite piston people another 3 sets of 3½" bore pistons with the correct width of gudgeon pin bosses.
