P. 2. INDEPENDENT FRONT WHEEL SUSPENSION.

Herewith we send N. sch. 3645. - arrangement of wheel hub, steering head, and brakes, on the above.

We have had this drawing in a nearly finished state for some time, but have held it up while we worked on other parts of the design in order to embody any modifications that arose during the scheming.

We have not worked out completely every detail, but have shewn enough we think for the scheme to be proceeded with.

A 20" wheel rim is shewn, but there is nothing to prevent a 19" wheel being used.

We shall be sending a scheme of the centre cylinder, triangles, and shock dampers, in the course of a day or two.
