R.C.Hughes, Esq.,
Messrs. Humber Ltd.,
COVENTRY.

Dear Hughes,

There is an arrangement used by Humbers and Talbots whereby an outer disc is retained on a pressed steel wheel by a large (hexagon on the Talbot) hand operated nut.

Could you let us know whether Rootes or Cornercroft have any patents on this arrangement, and if so their numbers.

With regard to your last letter and offer of quicker speedometer gears for my car; if these can be fitted without a major operation, please send me a pair when they are available.

Yours sincerely,
