Crankcase and Bearings.

Drawing of crankcase not yet issued, which is to include the following features :-

(a) Mods. to suit integral cylinder block - Lec.5776.
(b) Facings to suit large A.C. petrol pump - Lec.5776.
(c) Deletion of external oil pressure filter with consequent move over of the gallery pipe and deletion of the cross oil pipe.

Facings on crankcase to suit inclusion of A.C. bye-pass filter.

A mock-up of this is shown on Lec.5775.

(d) Mods. as requested by RMC. regarding production of case (RMC.1/RS.{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}12.8.37.)
(e) Bore of tappet guides at an inclination of 0°-45'
