X3067 We are sending you two gallons of Battleship Grey Paint which is petrol and oil proof, for painting the inside of the crankcase or gear box, and we shall be obliged if you will kindly have one or two of these units painted. No doubt you will recollect BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} talked to you some time ago about painting the inside of gear boxes and crankcases and we have obtained this paint for this purpose. The suppliers of the paint recommend that two coats should be applied, but the parts to be painted should be free from oil or grease before the paint is applied. BY/HM.{Capt. W.
