Requesting modifications to a duplex Stromberg carburetter for a Phantom III unit.

Will you please make an adaptor to Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}5, for use with the duplex Stromberg carburetter on No.4 unit. Also will you machine the body of this carburetter to Ex.612, Stromberg drawing, in order to fit detachable chokes. The chokes we require are to Ex.614 (Stromberg drawing), 2 off, 1¼" dia., 2 off, 1.5/16" dia., 2 off 1⅜" dia., which we have marked on the drawing.
