re 26.G.6. Door Locks.
We cannot understand why the doors should fly open if they are closed correctly. No trouble was experienced at Derby, and in between this cars 2 visits to France the body has been removed and re-mounted, the doors being cardfully checked for clearance.
You are correct in saying the door locks are the slam type.
Until we get more information it is impossible to give an explanation of the trouble.
