86000. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} From Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. c. to By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} LeC.4676. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.1/MA.2.10.35. We strongly recommend some other means be adopted for securing the plug in the spanner for removal purposes, than the spring clip shewn. The mica insulation will be so liable to damage if the spring is to be strong enough to pull the plug out especially when the copper gasket washer is flattened out. As we are not proposing to use any screw terminals would it not be possible to engage the spanner somehow with the screw thread of the plug? Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. | ||
