RE CONTROL LEVER SPRINGS ON COLUMN - GOSHAWK.
X.4239 X.4264.

Further to N.sch.1299 already sent to you, shewing the revised design of controls on the steering column, we send herewith N.sch.1306 giving particulars of the spring for the control levers. Mr. Royce thought that the load on the hand knobs was too great. We measured this to be about 3.5 lbs., and have made the new design to give 2.5 lbs.
