This is to confirm the information I gave you the other day, namely, that we have heard that Mr.Murphy, the Traffic Manager of the L.M.S. has imported two 12-cylinder Packard cars.

I do not know whether anybody at Derby knows him but, if not, possibly Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} could write him personally, asking whether it would be possible at some date convenient to himself for one or two of our people to try one of these cars.
